- To apprise Quality Controller and Quality Inspectors of the unit about the standard of garments as desired by senior officers.
- To arrange a PP meeting and a Pilot run meeting before production starts, and to keep a record of this.
- To take necessary security measures at every stage of production according to the requirements of buyers and to keep a record of these.
- To advise and co-operate with quality controllers of the unit regarding the standard of garments at every stage of production.
- To take advice from a higher authority if any peculiar problem arises, and act accordingly.
- To preserve samples for every order and to inspect whether the garments are prepared accordingly.
- To take effective measures in order to develop the standard of garments.
- To carry out proper inspection of garments along with QC and FQC before final inspection by buyers, so that the order is not cancelled.
- To prepare & preserve up-to-date records of GPQ.
- To ensure whether documents of used and broken needles are prepared and maintained properly or not.
- To attend the duty place on time and to follow the company’s rules and regulations.
