The percentage of units that pass inspection the first time, without any repair or rework.
RFT % = units passed first time / units checked × 100

Use it at end-of-line and final quality points to measure how much work has to be done twice.
End-of-line checking finds 24 garments needing repair out of 300.
RFT = (300 - 24) / 300 × 100 = 92.0%
