Merchandising template
A garment bill of materials: item, category, description, color, unit, consumption per garment and wastage, with required quantity and total cost calculated from the order quantity.
The BOM template lists every material and trim for a style. For each line, you enter consumption per garment and a wastage allowance; the sheet calculates the required quantity for the order and the total cost from the unit price. The summary gives the total material cost for the order.

The template uses one line per item. For items that vary by color or size (size labels, color-matched thread), add a line for each color or size with its share of the order quantity, or add a quantity column in your copy of the workbook.
The Excel workbook calculates quantities and costs. The CSV contains headings and example rows.
